The standard program includes Search & AI Visibility, Google Ads Management, and SEO-Optimized Social Posting under the scope below. It covers one business location, one website, one Google Business Profile, and a defined local-market strategy. The written proposal confirms the service scope, term and renewal terms. Advertising spend is not included.
Search & AI Visibility: $1,000 standalone
A coordinated SEO, AEO and GEO strategy; two substantive new or improved content assets monthly; prioritized on-page and internal-linking work; accurate business information; Google Business Profile improvements; and agreed technical-maintenance priorities. This does not include unlimited development, guaranteed media placements, or a separate campaign for every location.
Google Ads Management: $500 standalone
One Google Ads account, up to two focused search campaigns, conversion tracking, search-term review, negative keywords, optimization and reporting. Standard management covers up to $3,000 in monthly ad spend. The business pays the platform directly. Expanded budgets, platforms, locations and major landing-page builds require separate scope.
SEO-Optimized Social Posting: $500 standalone
Eight original posts monthly, adapted for Facebook and Instagram. Includes branded creative, relevant service and location wording, descriptive accessibility text where supported, one consolidated approval round, and scheduling after approval and account access. Eight pieces adapted for two channels remain eight original pieces.
What the client supplies
Accurate service details, appropriate account access, authorized project photography, permission for any customer stories or testimonials, qualified review of tree-health, credential and wildfire claims, approvals, and feedback on lead quality. Do not supply private customer details or images you cannot authorize.
Custom growth programs
For more locations, independently developed campaigns, or substantial specialist content, use $2,000–$2,500+ per month as budget guidance. The final scope and fee are quoted before work starts. Extra work determines the price, not whether your team uses the title arborist. Ad spend and major website builds remain additional.
Separately scoped work
Full website builds, additional locations, major development, custom integrations, on-site filming, professional photography, custom video production, daily community management, expanded advertising channels, and unlimited revisions are excluded. Any setup fee is disclosed in a proposal rather than assumed from the monthly price.
Measurement and expectations
No package guarantees rankings, AI inclusion, lead volume, sales, or a fixed return. We distinguish implementation, visibility, sampled AI mentions and identifiable inquiries. Example interfaces and calculator outputs are illustrations, not client results.
